Non replacement of Filters

I have Dr. Aquaguard Magna Nxt HD+RO+UV purchased on 5.3.2019.

It is not functioning since 12.6.2020, with red symbol blinking indicating "Service required".

On complaint, the Company provided me open service request number 2016707007 , and then Escalation request number 109572595.

The Ghaziabad Company Service Centre says that the Company is not providing Filters, so they are helpless.

The Company is betraying trust of customers.

First The Company puts a Chip which auto-stops the Machine after a limited duration /water usage (even if water quality is perfectly ok). This is a way to ensure guaranteed sale of filters frequently.

Secondly, the Filters are such that are not openly available, and no other technicians except the Company technicians can replace them.

Thirdly, and most importantly, they have created hopeless scenario by not being able to provide filters in these times, even after one month of Complaint.

The Company projects itself as leader in water filters, an and have failed miserably in providing any redressal.
