Kent Ro servicing under AMC

The Kent RO installed in my house is under AMC till Nov 2020. I have requested the customer care several time to send the technical person for the servicing. Today the person from Maxpure company came for the servicing but refused to replace the filter. When I told him that the filter has not been replaced for the last 10 months then he took out a filter of a local made company. After seeing this I asked him to replace the filter with the Kent company made filter for which he refused and went back without servicing of the filter unit.
Only 2 months are left for the AMC but required service and free spares are not being replaced. I am completely disappointed with the service provided by the company. Kindly take suitable action in this regard.
