Dear sir,
There occured a problem of display in my mobile model A7000-a IN 8GWH IMEI/SN NO.-867626023909058 which was under the warranty. I gave the instrument to your service centre :B2X-004 Vanshika electronics at shakar pur, Delhi on 22/07/2016 for the solution of this problem.At that time they checked this instrument and told me the display problem occured.No other problem was seen at that time. Also the representiative of the service centre talked to your Bangalore office.
yesterday they called me over telephone and said for touch problem also and asking me for Rs. 3550/- for its charges extra.
when the mobile/instrument is under warranty,
why should I be charged for this repair ?
please look into this matter urgently.
