I took a netconnect connection against the above mentioned no and bought a device for rs 3500/-.now from the very beginning I was not happy with the service so I converted from postpaid to prepaid still I was not happy.Then finally decided to use and try once more and got it converted to postpaid from webworld preetvihar.Now the company has decided to shutdown cdma services to go over to 4g.But they without informing me closed and shut down my number without prior intimation.they are replacing all devices to 4g why not mine.either they replace the device or refund me rs 3500/- as paid which is on record.
I want justice.
