My Samsung Phone Damaged by the Samsung Service Center Technician

I really Need your Help. One of Samsung phone which was almost in running condition.

We have observed that touch was stopped working and it happened 3 times in last 3 months. I had to reset my phone to get the normal functioning of my phone.

To avoid any major fault, We have taken it to Samsung service Center to fix the issue. Now not sure what technician did in phone, I CAN SEE A COMPLETE VERTICAL LINE IN MY PHONE which was not the case earlier. They are now asking me to replace the display which will cost around 8k.

The technician has completely damaged my phone and now Service Center asking me to repair it on charge basis.
