SAMSUNG MISLEADING IN THE NAME OF IP68 MOBILES

I Have purchased Samsung S21 Ultra 5G(SM-G998B/DS) on April,2021.
My S21 Ultra slipped out of my pocket into a bucket of water.
It remained submerged for a few seconds,then i immediately turned it OFF.
After drying it off, camera was not working.
I have spent my 2 months salary just because of its main feature of camera quality and water resistant.
As mentioned clearly in google and samsung websites that Samsung s21ultra is IP68 certified which means it is water resistant in fresh water to a maximum depth of 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes, and are protected from dust - all without the need for extra cases or covers.
My handset is out of warranty but as per IP68, it is water resistant.
And Samsung team is not supporting regarding this.
Either s21 ultra is not waterproof or my handset has a water proofing problem.
After convincing samsung team many times, they agreed to submit my handset at service center.
After 2 days of submission service center staff as well as Samsung head office are denying that my mobile has any water clue ,and are stating technical issue in my phone's camera.
But I have a proof of water droplets in my mobile camera.

Samsung Service Center Team's manipulation and their Head Office Staff's denial has Shaken my trust in the brand value and after purchase promises for the Customers.

I request the honourable court to prevail justice in my case .
