Delaying in delivery of mobile phone from service center

I have given my mobile handset (Letv Le 1s, IMEI:869087020986706, 869087020986714) to the service center (SERVICE CITY, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi) on 16.05.2016 for screen damage. The jobsheet no is 201605160097. At the time of submitting handset to the service center, they told me that it will take one week time. I have called to the customer care (Letv Le india) several times and they said they are running short of mobile handset. Now my concern is the mobile is with the company for last 30 days (it may take more time as they are saying there is a shortage of handset), so when i will get my device.
Now, i want may mobile back after repair is done and also the the extension of warranty period.
