compney is nither repairing nor giving my phone

dear sir/mam,i subbmit ny spice xlife 512 phone to spice service center in 26/3/2016 for repairing under warrenty .
service request no -30101457G30217
service center told me to return my phone within 15 days but i have not got it till now 9/5/2016.
when i call to customer care they always say me that your phone part is not avaliable and i also told them to return my phone back they are not giving it
