release my aircel number for MNP

Sir,

My name is Deep Chand Pal and my number is 9718342301. I want to MNP from aircel to MTNL responded with saying that aircel not release my aircel number i tried to approach aircel customer care regarding the same.

I did not any kind of solutions from them till now.so, kindly help me this and get my number release for MNP. Kindly revert back as soon as possible i have sent copy mail TRAI as well as .
