Submit the bill but company still send msg and call that I don't paid the bill.

sir,
I am a responsible customer of idea cellular company.I used a number of idea postpaid network since last 7 month and paid the bill as soon as possible.Last month I port my number from idea up west circle to idea delhi circle and paid the last month bill of 195.But company sends message that I did not submit my previous bill,then again I submit the bill and they dinied it.They accept that I submit extra bill amount in Delhi circle number but not submit previous bill amount.Now I want to deactivate my number but they do not take any action and always cut the phone.I want to complain for not give proper information and not take any response when the customer want to close that number.
kindly suggest me for taking proper action.
