I had been using above no., but in first week of last month I received no. of SMSs (same matter) that "Dear Customer your CAF is not compliant as per new DOT guidelines pls resubmit documents at nearest Reliance Store". Till then I had been trying to communicate them on their different customer care nos. including Mumbai no., but I was unable to reach them. Customer nos. are full of advertisements for different paid services, but nothing to hear customers’ problems. In their website also, addresses of stores are given but not any phone nos. Finally, when I visited their store on 25.06.2016, I was informed that your no. is permanently deactivated and your balance amount has been forfeited.

Same day (on 25.06.2016), I sent a mail to their customer care but even after three weeks, I have not received any reply from their end.

Since, there was no deadline for submitting documents in SMSs, how they deactivate the no. and forfeit balance amount without intimation to the customer.

Their services not only poor, they don’t even care to solve the customers’ problems.
