I would like to share an information. I had a postpaid connection of Reliance but I got a call from Airtel telling they have a better plan for me i.e,
600 Local+STD minutes
300 SMS
1 GB 4G after consumption 2G Unlimited IN 399 MONTHLY RENTAL PLAN
But, after my 1st bill generation when I checked my plan on airtel app it showed that I have been given 525 minutes(75 STD minutes) and 675 MB 3G data costing around 424 INR. I have been trying to reach them for past one week and every time they say that my query will be resolved within 48 hrs and have generated a reference no. 70512615. Now I think I have took a wrong decision to PORT into airtel. I am attaching some of the attachments for your confirmation.
