NOT PAYING CLAIM REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT, RELIGARE HEALTH INSURANCE

DEAR SIR,

WITH GREAT HOPE I AM EMAILING TODAY .
I AM ATTACHING MY POLICY COPY / MEDICAL HISTORY & QUERY FORMS OF THE RELIAGRE HEALTH INSURANCE.
i have policy with Religare health insurance . policy number : 10554470 .
it ws the case of nov 2016 .
they keeping on asking for the documents but they are not ready or shows any intention to clear the case & pay the money .
they have asked required papaer . i have guiven all the papers .
Still since 1jan they give me emailing telling me the claim is under progress.
when we go at branch office or call at the help centre . They always says it is under process but they dont showing any intention tell about the progress as all the required original documents has been submitted .

i am small town person . to save the money & time . he bought mediclaim but this has now becmoing more medical harracemen to us .

please have a look the case & clear my claims .

i have also complained to IRDA call centre through phone . about 1 month has been passed . still no result comes out .
