Repair of Gionee Handset pending from more than 2 months from Amtrust Mobile solutions

I have insured my new Gionee Handset which i bought on 16 aug 2016 from Amtrust Mobile solutions, Mumbai at BIG Bazaar shopping outlet only with reference Certificate no. AMTAD00033396 . It had been damaged with display broken on 26th oct 2016 and i registered my complaint on 28th oct 2016 with AMTRUST. They asked me for all docs and ultimately the phone was picked by them on 10th Nov from my office at Varanasi and they received it on 16th Nov. Till then i am regular asking them for update no reposnse is coming to me. nobody is replying to my mail too which i am sending to them regularly at their mail id support@tecprotec.in
Moreover their TAT for repairing is 14 days after the claim is registered and now almost 2 months have been passed but nobody is giving the exact time when i will recive my phone back. i am regular calling to their call centre no. 02242685100 and each time they are telling that it is at service centre for repair. No proper response is coming to me. Pls help me out how i can get my phone back

    Ur services are pathetic, got my phone after claim registration but speaker not working, u took around more then 15 days to repair but still speaker voice is cracking... U guys r fraud and pathetic.. Even customer care executive are worst...imei no. 866043039569150, registered no. 9560114386, house no. 41 next Mohan garden shankar dairy uttam nagar..its a fake company even the phone display they have repaired as they say it's quality is pathetic... Cheap quality...Display is of cheap quality
