Dear sir,
I purchased redmi note 3 phone with mi protect. Now my phone has demage I have complained to insurance company that time they told me for pickup my phone from my address but after a long time no arrengment of pickup my phone then they told me go for nearest mi store and take estimate for the phone and mail to one assist now I have mailed estimate to oneassist and I have to pay 173 charge to mi service center but now they are saying to courier this phone to delhi adress. So please sir do needful for this matte. My name is vipin kumar and mobile number is 9410600093
