Respected Sir,

I want to close the above mentioned policy at earliest, so i request you to reverse all the deducted money back to my fund value.
Someone from your office either unknowingly or purposely deducting miscellaneous expense from my fund value and this has been reported over phone, email etc several times. Kindly stop this asap!!

Please see what is wrong and needs to be reversed item/date wise :

1. I am unable to understand, why they ( PNB Metlife) has deducted Unit Dealing Charges 40 times from my Fuand Value.
2. I am unable to understand, why they (PNBM) have deducted following charges 15 times on 30/3/15 and 12 times on 20/6/16 and 30 times on 3/8/16. These need to be explained and should be reversed immediately.

Policy administration charges, Mortality Charges, Educational Cess, Service Tax, Additional Cess, Service Tax-Mortality Charges.

These sums to a total of Rs 9000/- approx as deduct from my fund Value.

3. Dated 30/12/2013 Rs 86.40P twice as service tax allocation deducted from FV, which is wrong and should be reversed.
4. Dated 29/7/2015 Rs 250 deducted with out any explanation as i notice in my FV statement of 11th Aug.

Please ensure that henceforth no money should be deducted from my Fund Value and whatever deducted wrongly as mentioned above must be reversed asap.
Otherwise i may need to take legal acation against your organisation.
