I was hospitalized at Vardhan hospital suffering from Coronary Artery Disease on 20 March 2022 where Dr Vivek Raj Singh suggested to me for angiography and operated.Finally, After treatment discharged on 23rd March 2022 and submitted all the relevant documents to Heritage Health Insurance TPA PVT LTD but raising query after query 12 months closed the case without any information.I have replied all the queries.Some query irrelevant and some are duplicate. They have harrassed so much and inhuman in nature.
No proper authority has talked to me for any clarification or justification nor contacted hospital or doctor for verification or clarification.Finally closed the case without informing me.
