Complain against max insurance company regarding denied for giving claim amount

I have taken term life insurance policy in feb,2019. In this policy I had taken critical illness rider of Rs. 5Lacs. I had recently critically ill chronical lung disease. During treatment I had gone under small surgery in lungs. I had expenses Rs. 8-9 Lac during treatment. In my policy chronical lung disease is covered but insurance company denied to giving claim amount of Rs.5 Lacs. I am mentally disturbed because of this behaviour of company. I had written several reminders mail to company last 3-4 months. Company person not replying me so far. I had given written complain also at local max insurance company office at Vijay Nagar they said my claim is rejected.
Last 3-4 months I am putting several mail's to company id but no one replying. I have taken loan 8 Lacs rupees from my friend and relatives during treatment. Please justice me to taken claim amount from company.
I am very dissapointed against this rude behaviour from company.company is denied to giving claim amount. Please help
