I have Register my claim with new India insurance company in 1/1/2016
my police no is

and i submit all doc those are related with like FIR and court final report also submit to the company company investigation office was also come and investigate all fact now after 11 month the send me a letter that you will provide 100 num dial police verification my question to the company it is your job to verified the fact I am doing pvt job and my work is suffer to and i am provide all legal doc

my simple request to the consumer form pls help me on this metter
