Delaying up to now from 30 nov 2016, purchase a mobile insurance policy from Apps

Dear Sir
i purchase a mobile insurance policy from Apps you need mobile insurer (in which new india assurance sell master policy to him). for the future uncertainty On 30th November i apply for a claim of my accidental damage of my hand set.
from that to till now they(APPS YOU NEED) are making fool from there no satisfaction answer is came there is no customer redressal forum from which we can get help from there now 1 month 12 days is completed they always delay in service.

On which bases they are insurance of mobile phones , customer does not know the fact but when they irritatingat the time of we not get any reply or whom available in cities the also not pic up calls

I request to you please take a action on these type of company as well as people who stand there for making fool and getting money from the customers .

Now on person on district level which help to customer which are suffering by the company.

New India sell there policy that company which is making customers fool on behalf of selling mobile insurance on that ground APPS YOU NEED to fail service to there customer.

NOW WHAT ACTION WILL TAKE AGAINST APPS YOU NEED BY THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE.
