It is my request that kindly have a look the case .
policy holder name : Mr Gaurav sharma
policy number : 10595173
claim no : 90265165-00

I have send all the details which ever required .
they keep on asking the same question time & again .
they are asking to provide me the 6 months old doctor paper related to #Health problem on which i have told them . i did not see the doctor on either condition as i was well 6 month ago before this claim arises.
they still asking the doctor 6month back doctor consultations papers .

it is my request that kindly have alook the case and settle .
it has been long marathen case since nov 2016 .
they keep on asking same thing which i have dont have .

please have a look as it felt that this company don't looking goof in giving claims as per market sayings"
