My insurance covers physical damage of the phone. I called to claim my insurance on 08/04/16. they gave me a complain id D2642805937. on 11/04/16, a official from company came and picked my phone. i was told that they would return my phone within 20 days. Now its 30/05/16, i can't even get any any updates about my phone neither on website nor by phone.
