I purchased a product through an Instagram page and paid approximately INR 2199.00 for the product. The product was delivered through ShipRocket under AWB No 19041957293756. After receiving it, I wanted to return it and get a refund, but I was unable to identify or contact the actual seller, as the seller’s name, address, email address, and other contact details were not available to me. I contacted ShipRocket and raised a complaint requesting assistance in identifying the seller and resolving the return or refund issue. However, I was informed that they could not provide the required seller details or assist me with the refund. Despite making reasonable efforts, I have therefore been unable to obtain a return or refund for the amount paid. I request that the appropriate party be directed to provide the seller’s details, facilitate the return of the product, refund the amount paid, and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
