Cancellation not entertained by pacific holiday world vacation group

i am not satisfied by the services of pacific holiday world group due to below reasons-
1) Late replies to email for sharing hotel properties and mostly sold out
2) Not sharing good properties or desired properties and all properties shared sre generally cheap properties with cost less than 4k per night, my membership costs more than this per night
3) it is clearly stated i can cancel membership if not satisfied after availing first 6 nights but they are now saying its non cancellable.
I want to cancel this membership as discussed while buying it.
