Sub standard cement supply from wonder company

I built my house during 2021-2022 and used wonder cement especially in cc linter due to its ads and good assurance from local agency Pashupati Traders. CC linter laid off on 17 October 2021. Only after 6 months during heavy rain I witnessed water falling from ceiling heavily. Immediately I went on to the roof and saw 2 cracks measuring 7-8 feet and 3 cracks of 3 feet each. I called Agency owner as well as my architect and building contractor. No one reached from company's side. I got it repaired on the advise of architect but it remained an issue because water falling converted to seepage only. After that I got it repaired two more times. Now seepage happens all over the linter. There are about 15 spots covering whole area. I apprised agency owner many times, visited agency office 3 times. Contacted head office wonder cement Udaipur as well as U.P. marketing head of company and local company engineer but there is no response till date. I spent 30 lakh rupees in construction and it is happening to my house since less 6 months of laying of cc linter. Where should I go now? I borrowed 35 lakh of housing loan from bank. What should I do now?
