Wrong product received but Myntra is not exchanging the product and saying it is not our fault

I have ordered a set of night suit for male ORDER ID - #132871547001808432503 from myntra on 17 April 2026 and got delivered on April 2026 . When I received the product the male night suit was different and when I complainted about that on myntra they just said we checked our system and the product we had sent is right and closed the enquiry. The product exchange date is switching from one date to another but the exchange process is not happening. I have complainted on call support and email both but they are not resolving the issue .
