Extra Charge taken by Distributor. I have paid 27790 for full setup. But he had add 14500 for DVR so

I have taken full CCTV setup on 12/04/2023 and I have paid 27790.
After some days DVR automatically off or on every 1 hr.
When I complain about it then distributor said that he said that new DVR cost is 14500.
While setup is in warrenty period.
He take the DVR and 4 dome camera and said wait for some days.
He doesn't response my call and said call to the company.
