On April 5 2026, my father ordered a Multifunction folding electrician plier in a website costing 699. But we received a wrong product that is a basic wire cutter. The product was received on April 12, 2026. I tried to find the seller details but nothing is attached on the parcel. I made the payment through gpay to the delivery boy on receiving the order at my doorstep. The return and refund support mail id and mobile number provided in the website is also fake. Please take necessary action and refund my money as soon as possible.
