Consumer Complaint Complaint Date: May 31, 2016
My insurance covers physical damage of the phone. I called to claim my insurance on 08/04/16. they gave me a complain id D2642805937. on 11/04/16, a official from company came and picked my phone. i was told that they would return my phone within 20 days. Now its 30/05/16, i can't even get any any updates about my phone neither on website nor by phone.

    Hi, I had given my phone under damage protection to AppsYouNeed for repair. The claim was submitted on 27th May 2017 and the phone got picked up on 29th May 2017 (after repeated complaints regarding the same)but since then there has been no response or communication on their end. Initially I was told, I will get my phone with 10 days. Slowly the 10 days turned to 75 and now when asked for it they say that it will take more 10 days for the phone to get repaired. And 10 days turned, When called on their number, the representatives are generally busy or they disconnect the call without answering properly. I have also raised multiple tickets regarding the same but all of them are pending. Upon asking the company to share the Authorized Service Center details, they come up with excuses that they don't have the details or pretend that they cannot hear my voice (this has happened multiple times).I request you to kindly look into the matter. I really need to help in this matter.

    It has been 72 days since the approval of my claim with apps you need. The phone was received for repair on 14th June as per the last information given by the company. Yet to receive my repaired phone. 2.5 months to repair a phone. In the meanwhile the entire industry has changed. My claim no is PDMay15463. As u can see from the date the claim process was started on 15th May. I feel totally helpless and would definitely not take any insurance in future.

    5I have bought a phone samsung j5.and bought a insurance from appsyouneed.my phone got damaged in march and it was declared as total loss complaint no.-DMAR11787.it has been 5 months and i have not received my cheque and i have given my phone box,original invoice,accessories and a cancelled cheque.And they are not responding to calls and complaints on website and apps.nor they are replying to the mails.

    I gave My phone was delivered to me after 2.5 months & then after when my phone was delivered to me it was password locked with a photo of your enginer then after i called your toll free no. They said to me that go to mobile shop & hard reset your handset,so i did & now what i saw is this phone is 16Gb internal storage & 2Gb ram & My Phone was 32Gb & 3Gb Ram.These is very much irresponsibility of these company. & Now its 28 Days After reverse courier.
    No one is even picking up my call on your number.i am attaching the photos of that company enginner

    This is to inform you that i am cheated by a insurance company name (Apps you need).

    Issue is, before 1 year i have made a complaint for my phone which was physically damaged. I had informed the same to the insurance company next day of it. After 2 or 3 months one courier person came to me to receive the phone. I got a receipt from him & it is safely kept. Courier person told me that you will get a repaired phone within 20-25 days. They are really a big frauds even after several call or several mails they are not giving any response.

    My phone is with them & they are not receiving my call since 6 months.

    I have been calling on their customer care many times, everytime all representators are busy and many times i have complaint on their website complaint box nobody revert me.During GST, that was the last time i had a conversation with their representative, he promised me that i will receive my cheque in October its octover, still i have not received my claim cheque, i would have get it repaired outside rather waiting for claim and i would have also taken insurance from daily apps atleast they revert and pay amount at time,
    This company has taken so long and not given my cheque.

    Since april appsyouneed is promising for my cheque.

    Its been more than six months now

    i was purches new mobile on nohember 16 in kolhapur maharastra that time i also purches mobile insurance policy in same place.company policy name is apps you need insurance after sevan manth my mobil stolen in kolhapur city so i was claim for my mobile in insurance conmpany thrwo email that time i was sarch apps need you insurane any contact no & ANY add in pune, mumbai, kolhapur but no found . after claimimg mobile insurance company was replyang throw email your mobile claim was rejected an no maimtion any raason.
