Publishing of Privacy Informations in an Online Boutique Site

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the misuse of my personal information by an online boutique named Akhna Collections.
On 03.03.2026, I purchased 8 numbers of Salwar materials from the above boutique through their online service and made a payment of ₹10,392. The courier parcel was received on Saturday, 07.03.2026.
On the same day, after receiving the items, we contacted the boutique and requested return or exchange of the products. The boutique informed us that return or exchange is possible only for damaged items. However, this condition was not clearly mentioned to us at the time of purchase.
During our communication, there was a voice message of approximately one second, but the audio was not clear, and it was not understandable whether the return policy was only for damaged items or not.
Later, on Monday, 09.03.2026, we posted a comment on the boutique’s page on Instagram regarding our experience.
In response to our comment, the boutique posted a video on their Instagram page. In this video, they publicly displayed:
My personal phone number
Private chat messages
Voice messages from the conversation
The name of the customer
In the video, my phone number was clearly visible and was not hidden or blurred, which exposes my personal contact information to the public. This creates a serious risk of misuse, harassment, or unwanted contact from unknown persons.
It is also noted that in many cases businesses usually hide customer phone numbers when sharing reviews or feedback, but in this situation my phone number was shown publicly in connection with a complaint.
Publishing personal contact information, chat messages, and voice recordings without the consent of the customer on a public social media platform is a serious violation of privacy.
Therefore, I respectfully request the authorities to:
Take necessary action against the concerned boutique for publishing my personal information without consent.
Direct them to immediately remove the video and any related content displaying my phone number, chat, or voice messages.
Take appropriate steps to prevent further misuse of my personal information.
I am ready to provide screenshots, video links, and chat records as evidence if required for investigation.
Also provide the necessary grievance for the Issue
