TMT - Bus service from Borivali East to Thane West (Kopri)
Kindly request to increase frequency in peak hours from morning 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM
As passengers have to wait 1.5 hours daily in bus line.
Also request to provide shed for waiting line as passengers have to face rain and heavy sunlight in morning and afternoon while waiting for bus in line.
I hope this will be raken into consideration.
