Faulty Videocon TV with lowest service levels

I have purchased a Videocon TV (with unbuild DTH facility) in Aug 2016 with a 3 years warranty. Since year 2018 itself, we start facing problems with the TV and we got repaired it two times by paying 590 rupees to the service agency as engineer visiting charges. Every time the visiting engineer promised us that there will not be any issues again. But it has never happened. Last time in Dec 2018, there was again an issue happened with the TV and the engineer made couple of visits but couldn’t resolve the problem. After consistently following up with the service agency and customer service centre, still we are suffering with the same issue and our TV is with the local service agency for last 3 months. There people are not providing any satisfactory answer while calling to them and asking for our tv and in fact behaving very unprofessional. We need your help to get our TV back or a valid compensation, as appropriate.
