5 years extended warranty is not being honoured

My 50 inch LED 4K is off since almost three months now, various complaints raised but no rectification so far .. Engineers have visited 4 times but are not able to correct the problem.
Ref no GUR2608170041. What is the use of 5 yrs warranty.further more visiting engineers are demanding service charges even without correcting the problem .
