I have purchased 49 inch lcd smart tv on 11/12/2017 on 3days problem come in lcd tv .then I put complain after lg engineer come and he checked lcd tv he found mother board was not working so he ask mother board change of this lcd tv but I requested to lg team at karnal to full replacement of tv now yesterday 22/12/2017 lg team member come my home with lcd and the change my old lcd with this when I come from office I see on back side of lcd I surprised it is full of dust and many hards dust mark looking like used lcd tv so lg team pls look in to this matter immediately
