i have bought videocon LED 40"value of 24000/-(twenty four thousand rupees)on dated 17/10/2017 for three year that is not working properly and there is no screen output of my LED on which i have submitted my complain through mobile in videocon company customer care on dated 21/07/18 via complain no. GUR2607180133 and on dated 11/08/2018 via complain no. GUR1108180222 but there is not any response from concerened company in this regard. so please accept my request and solve out my problem as i have so much suffered economically as well as mentally by the company.
