Project Not Completing Enkay Garden Phase-II Building Name - IRIS-II

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked a 1 BHK flat in oct. 2011 but builder didn't register it till Feb 2013, when i went for cancel the booking they offers me 2 BHK flat whom work was in progress and committed me that the building will complete till Dec-13 because already 80% work had completed but in agreement they mentioned 24 Moths for completion from the date of agreement.

As per agreement builders had to complete the work in Feb 2015 but till Jan 2015 they din't do any work after booking and from Feb 2015 they started the brick work and till June 2015 they received 95 % of flat cost but when ever i asked for the date of completion/possession they replied that work will complete in next two-three month and still the plaster & Plumbing work have not completed which payment they have received Till June 2015.

Currently I am living in a rented flat, Regarding project completion and compensation for rent I had mailed from March 2015 to continuously but they are not replied on my mail.

So, you are kindly requested to look in to my matter and guide me.

    For all the news and some rumors that are surrounding us, we would like to clarify that our Project - Enkay Garden at Taloja has all the required permissions and approvals for its development.
    Phase I & II of the project have commencement certificate from Alibaug Town Planning Authority, Environmental clearance and other such required permissions. Permission from Airport Authority of India has also been acquired.
    Buyers in Phase I of the project have been given possession in the year 2013 and individual electricity meters and MIDC water is being provided to them. The construction work in Phase II is under progress, it was stalled for sometime due to delay in environment clearance, however it has been resolved and the permissions are in place. Work has begun in full swing and we intend to complete the work at phase II soon.
    The project has approvals from various banks for providing home loans. These loans have been disbursed only because of legal and technical clearance of the property.
    Enkay Garden is a well planned township that offers excellent homes amid natural beauty. We at Enkay are confident about its progress and we hope that this information clears most of your queries.

    I had booked a 1 BHK flat in oct. 2010 but builder didn't started it till today, when i went for cancel the booking they offers me 1 BHK flat whom work was in progress and committed me that the building will complete till Dec-17 because already 80% work had completed but in agreement they mentioned 24 Moths for completion from the date of agreement.

    Ther is NO CC for my building also and they have sold it to me .i asked for the date of completion/possession they replied that CC will come in next two-three month and nothing completed .

    So, you are kindly requested to look in to my matter and guide me.

    Dear Mr Ravinder Singh

    There was delay in commencing the construction of phase III because the environment permission was indefinitely delayed. We are awaiting the clearance even after waiting for last 46 months. Hence we are in process of shifting all the bookings of phase 3 to phase 2 which is nearing completion and all the customers has been informed as well.
