-I purchased a refrigerator SAMSUNG model no.RT26FARZABX/TL/2013 on 12/12/2013.
-on 8/01/2014,10/01/2014, and on 12/01/2014 I lodged a complaint with the Co. about unusual sound emanating from the unit and asked them to repair it.
-The Co. said that this unit gives sound of 39 decibel which is normal but this fact was not mentioned in the manual nor told at the time of purchase
-I requested the Co. on 18/02/2014 to replace the unit or refund me the amount of Rs.24,200.00 but reply not received
-On 24/05/2015 I lodged a complaint with JAGO GRAHAK JAGO vide consumer connection complaint no 9944718 and there after did not receive any communication from the forum despite repeated reminders.
Will you please now tell me the status of my complaint or action initiated by the forum towards redressing my grievance.
