Complain Faulty Samsung refrigerator sold

I have been struggling to get a resolve to me Faulty refrigerator which I
had purchased on 31st July’16(invoice attached). In gist there is ice
formation happening in the fridge section and despite multiple visits of
Samsung engineers same remains unexplained and each one of them is giving
me lame reasons and asking me to keep the fridge section temperature at the
highest possible (7 deg), however the problem remains when I reduce the
temp. There should not be any ice formation in the fridge section under any
circumstances, and I have tried explaining this several times to your
support executives multiple times and that I need the replacement for this
faulty unit but I’m not getting any solution. Even after writing a complaint at MD office engineers visited my place and reported no problem despite seeing the ice formation happening. Please Help
