LG refrigerator making loud sound, complaining to LG harassment caused to me in this 1 year

We had purchased a LG refrigerator in July 2015, within 2 months the refrigerator started making loud noises.
On complaining to LG, they said they would repair it.
But as we had purchased it brand new, we wanted a replacement.
But there was no action from LG, as now I have lost trust in LG,I want all my money back along with extra amount for all the harassment caused to me in this 1 year.
