I Mr. Damodar Shukla with the age of 65 struggling with godrej company for replacement of my fridge. I have purchased a Godrej 290 litres refrigerator (on my Son's name Chetan D shukla) on 30 march 2016 on EMI from Bajaj finance. There was some promotional activity which was conducted by Godrej and Mr Vishnu Shirodkar sold this refrigerator to us telling wrong size and module. When the same complaint was made after delivery that the size of the fridge is small as compare to the size conveyed to us, however there was no proper response which we got from the company side. We got feed up from the service and started using the fridge despite of having small size from April 2 2016. Not even completing a month from the start date the fridge cooling was completely stopped. We again made a complaint that the fridge is not working the cooling has been stopped. The mechanic came and said circuit has gone and the same will need to be repaired. Next day he came and repaired the same. 2 days the fridge was working properly again the same problem got arise and cooling was stopped. the same technician came and said the fridge will not be repaired and it will be have to be replaced and took my signature. All this was happened till 5th of may post which we are trying to call each and every person of godrej from Vishnu shirodkar to technician call center person everyone but we are not getting a proper response. I am being a senior citizen calling several times at the call center but not a single commitment we have received. i don't want this product and want a replacement as soon as possible. As it is difficult for me to survive without fridge in summer as i am a high BP patience and need cold water in this season for drinking. kindly take this complaint seriously.
