It's long since I am waiting for problem to be fixed.

Compressor was not working and whirlpool service person is denying to repair under warranty.

The service person has charged rs 7500 blaming that the fridge was attended by outsider. Fact was otherwise, itwas attended by whirlpool persons twice in Raigarh.

However, till date the fridge is not working and not delivered to my residence. The fridge was taken to workshop 3 days after after fitting the compressor.

Till now i am waiting. The service person seems to be rude to me. Neither he is calling not he is picking up the phone calls.
