Hi .I'm Shamima I purchased double door fridge from Vijay sales .it has cooling issue..I purchased it on 13 September 2016 .I complaint on customer care of Lg .4 to 5 engineer came but no result .I talked to AFM of Lg ,he is also not helping me out of it..I want some solution.i complaint by 8655594779 number .my complaint number is RNA161026055215.i complaint more than 15 times in customer care ...but useless.i want replacement or refund my amounts

    I purchased double door refrigerator
    on January 2017. Mother board failure. On refrigerator label shows working without stabilizer. Now lack of stabilizer motherboard is dead. This
    business is not fair. Within two years motherboard is dead means this refrigerator is empty box which I paid
    Rs 26500.00. LG company duty to replace mother board free of charge. Please do not depend on 10 years warranty. Ask mother board warranty.
