I bought a fridge on 25th Oct 2013 with 10 years compressor warranty of rupees 21400/-.
on 2nd Dec 2016, suddenly fridge backside circuit got burnt automatically. I immediately lodge complaint to Samsung at number 180030008282 and got service request number - 4226564669.
Same day an engineer visited and took many photos of the fridge and went.
after that for more than a week no response from Samsung and after many follow ups, samsung service center called me and told. We cvan not repair / refund / exchange to this fridge.
