Problem not solved till now and no refund

i purchased Asus Tuf A17 laptop on 26th December'2020 from an exclusive asus store in raipur, chhattisgarh. After 2 days of purchase I experienced a problem of random shutdown and my system got hanged several times . I gave it back to store and asked the executive to get it checked. After it was checked in service centre executive Told that there was a problem of operating system and he had reset windows so it will not happen.
Then again problem arrived and now I got transferred in jaipur Rajasthan. I filed an onsite complaint and gave my laptop to the service centre. The service centre persons changed my hard disk and RAM and assured that problem is solved. But again same thing happened.They are fooling me from last 3 months.
They even closed my case and gave the reason that issue is resolved. I opened the case in another centre in bikaner where executive gave a reply that we don't have a solution till now. Changing parts won't help I have the proof. Asus senior head officer of Rajasthan Mr. Umar Faruq is also not picking my calls I have all the proofs with dates regarding my issue.Mr.Umar Faruq has given refund to one person with the same model and same issue. I even has proof to this also. Even one person from Asus CEO helpdesk called me to get the information of incidents and problems faced as i filed a complain to them through email,but he also didn't gave any kind of reply.I need ASUSIndia to provide me a refund. Otherwise I'll go through a legal way through consumer court as 60k is not a joke. Asus officials always call you up and ensure you to give a solution and hope but at last everyone wants to escape and give blame on each other.
