Dear Sir/Madam,


Wish to advise that we purchased a Micromax Laptab LT666 with IMEI no. 911 430 650 021 071 in July 2015 vide Invoice no. DXCLdwmyR dated 7th July 2015 issued by M/s Cloudtail India Private Limited, Mewat, Haryana. The name of the purchaser is Mr. Ramathreya Krishnamurthi, our CEO & MD.


During the warranty period, on the 30th Dec 2015, a call was made to service the machine as it would not function with the keyboard provided.


A phone call was made to Micromax customer support and later an email was sent to the company to expedite the matter.


It has been six days now, and they keep promising that we shall get a call within 24 hours.  The purpose of registering a complaint with customer support is not to get a call but to get the machine serviced, which they are silent about.


Such a lack of after sales support on the part of the vendor, tantamounts to deficiency of service vendor.  Kindly note that my productivity is lost as such the very purpose of acquiring the machine is defeated.


I demand compensation of Rs.9,000/- (Rupees nine thousand) being the loss of productivity and harassment caused to me.
