My name is jyothirmai who was working as project executive in youth 4 jobs foundation in Vijayawada kanuru .
the actual problem of mine is recently i had buy an LG 49 inchs on 9-4-2018 in the
branch at patamata after 10 days the demo person Prathap came from the LG company and checked the tv and home theater which was came along with the 49 inch TV .He set the Tv and then he went for the home theater To give the demo on it while he kept the plug of home theater the power was not supplied then I told him that not touch it and i want replacement for the same piece . then the prathap called the show room of the Sonovision patamata where i had buy the 49 inch TV the call was picked by mr Ravi who was the sales executive then he told to that he had taken the complaint a buout the the problem and also the ravi (sales excutive ) told me that he had taken the complaint about the problem but after that i did not get any response or technician to take the home theater to the show room after that also i have complained about that repeatedly 4 time i got the call from the call center of the Lg company they also told me that they will come and taken the home theater for the replacement . but till the date i did not got any action for the complaint . so today i have taken the home theater to the show room . the employers Ravi and Managers Daniel
who were working in the sonovision patamata branch . had handle me very badly and they were handling the costumer as a road side beggar, they were not atleast like employer for the sonovision . while i am explaining the problem they wrew not even ready to listen instead of listening to me the were shouting on like beggar is this the treatment your giving to the costumer of sonovision is this way a Manager and employers of sonovision and they used verybad abused language on me is this the way a Manager had behaviour in the show room
i need proper action on the Daniel who is working as Manager in sonovision branch of patamata .is this the education teach an educated person his behavior is very mischievous. toward the costumer .
please try to do action on the related person
other wise i may procced with the consumer court throught the law
