Baggage Damaged on Flight Bombay to Bhuj on 25th July 2016

Hi

i was on a office trip from delhi to mumbai to bhuj to mumbai to jaipur to Delhi.

I took Jet Airways flight from mumbai to bhuj on 25th July at 6:25am and landed in bhuj around 7:30am.

While moving from plan to the building where we collect our baggage i saw with my own eyes and other 5 to 7 other passengers also saw that your jet airways transport Tractor dropped my baggage while moving towards the building. it fell down with all force and landed on the left side and damaged the bag. Picture is attached for your reference.

please note this was an new bag and bought just few month back and it costed me around 4.5 Thousand.

i took this matter with jet airways people on the ground but they advised that online it will be better and on the same night i wrote to them.

i got reply but after reminders and with long gaps ... and all replies were written without understanding my case... and what i went through.

they last replyed to me on 15 Sept.
after that no reply is recived from them even after written to them.

my bag may cost around 5000 but for my trouble, stress, pain and time they have taken... i want charge then 1 lac Rs.

i dont know if i can do it... but if i dont get any help from your platform then i will try the proper legal way.
