Makemytrip.com Impractical Itinerary offered for international travel

Dear Team,
This is regarding my booking Id NN2315619527470. As a consumer, you would expect a travel agent as reputed as makemytrip to provide you itineraries that are practically feasible. This was clearly not the case when I made my recent booking. On my return from Florida to Delhi, I have a hopping flight. Florida->New York -> Dubai -> Delhi In New York the layover is 4 hours 6 minutes. In New York, after I land, I have to change airports which are 1:30 minutes apart (as per google maps). Additionally I will have to deboard the first flight and collect my luggage. Finally, the connecting flight from the second airport in New York needs me to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to be able to check in my luggage etc. I am requesting MMT to give me a written confirmation that if the deboarding and luggage arrival takes more than 30 minutes, they will provide me with an alternate flying option. Or they will make sure that the connecting flight will accept if I am delayed by few minutes. Either ways MMT is not supporting and is saying that we will help you when there will be a problem. This is causing distress to me. I want either a written commitment that I will be allowed to board the connecting flight or I wish to get my flight cancelled free of charge. This is clearly MMT's mistake to offer such misleading itineraries to its passengers. The cancellation fee is around 10K. I strongly feel that this is not my fault and that MMT must allow me to cancel the tickets free of cost. Additionally, MMT advertises 24X7 support. It is a LIE. I had contacted MMT multiple times and each time the system disconnected the call saying that their server is busy. I even emailed the company saying that if they do not answer in 12 hours, I will assume that they will honor my request for a free cancellation. However, neither did they get back, not did they honor my email. This is fooling innocent customers. They don't care once the booking is completed. Poor after sales support.
