Good Morning,
Please accept this as my official complaint against AirVistara.I am an NRI residing in UAE, I flew witha airvistara airlines dated 22nd March 2017 from delhi to Mumbai, I was detected with an Expensive Eciggeret in the main luggage and K was asked to carry that in the hand carry after scanning. I was more than happy to do so however the airvistara employee asked me that if i go for scanning now that will lead me to miss the flight WHICH I WAS READY TO MISS AND COULD AFFORD A NEXT FLIGHT.however on saying so i was said by that Employee named Miss Renu that Please board the flight and i wll hand over this to any of ur friend here in delhi & hence i boarded the flight trusting the airline employee however that never happened that she returned the good and now its more than 1 month and I have wrote 50+ emails to them and they hardly response. I want my Eciggerett back or to return me with 6300INR the price of it and they are still not able to do so. I want action against the airvistara as they hardly respond ti emails.
