Loss/ Theft of mobile in Air India flight No IX 142 Seat no 25 d

I have been on flight above mentioned on 4/7/17
It was from Dubai to New delhi.
My mobile samsung S 6 edge lost in plane.
Whose imei no 359523/06/420347/2
I immediately reported to Flight security that my phone was missed in plane.
But they said No mobile is in plane.
So I request them to file my complaint they refused to do so.
They told me to go out side police station to file complaint the matter.
That person Whose name is Sonu Kumar as told by person who was present at counter at that time(6:30pm 4/7/17).
I filed Fir/ L R no 1098133/2017 dated 4:7:17 after coming out from airport
